Ingredients:

1 bunch Hippie Organics® Asparagus
-
1 Crescent Role
-
1 cup Mayonnaise
-
1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
-
1 Garlic Clove, grated
-
1/4 teaspoon Salt
-
Candied Eyes (decoration)
Directions:
-
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut each crescent triangle into thin strips.

Rinse, trim, and dry the Hippie Organics® Asparagus then wrap two asparagus spears with the crescent strips.
-
Place the wrapped asparagus on the parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

While the mummy hot dogs are in the oven, make the garlic aioli. Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl then taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Once the asparagus mummies come out of the oven, add candied eyes to complete the look and serve with the garlic aioli.
