FEATURED RECIPE :

Ingredients: 

  • 1 loaf of bread cut into

       1-inch cubes.

  • 6 eggs

  • 2 ¼ cups almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  •  

  • Topping:

  • ½-1 cup of Hippie Organic Raspberries4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • Maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place the bread cubes in the baking dish until full. 

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Pour the mixture evenly over the bread cubes. 

  3. In a separate bowl, stir together the melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle over bread cubes in dish. 

  4. Top with Hippie Organic raspberries. 

  5. Bake at 350 degrees F. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes more, until the top is lightly browned. 

  6. Drizzle maple syrup on top if desired. Enjoy!
