FEATURED RECIPE :

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 lb. Hippie Organics® French Beans

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce 

  • 1 cup Navy Beans

  • 1 cup Seasoned Croutons

Caesar Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup Neutral Oil 

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise 

  • 1 Lemon, juiced

  • 1 Tablespoon Capers

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced 

  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. Add all of the dressing ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until well combined.

  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil then blanche the French beans for 2-3 minutes. Immediately transfer the French beans to a large bowl filled with cold water and ice cubes to shock the French beans. This will stop the cooking process and ensure the French beans stay vibrant green and crisp.

  3. To build the salad platter, add the washed and dried romaine lettuce followed by the French beans, navy beans, croutons, and the salad dressing. 

  4. Drizzle over the Caesar dressing, add a few more capers and freshly cracked black pepper.
